Client: Bishop Grosseteste
University College Timescale: 9 weeks Value: £75k Project: Internal remodelling of Student Union, Art department and various classrooms. Dance studios and music rooms. Soundproofing, ground works and drainage. Base Two: Stripping out of existing fittings, breaking out dividing wall, new benching and kitchen area. Art Department: Removal of gallery providing cupboards at each end of the room. Student Support: Disabled access increasing door opening to meet DDA requirements. Opening up entrance and kitchen area. Early Years: New fenced yard. Performing Arts: Mirroring to end wall 15 mtrs x 2.4 mtrs. Garage base and drainage system to workshops. Improving electrics and decoration to all areas.
St Peter at Gowts School -
Extension & Refurbishment Client: LCC / HBS
Timescale: 7 weeks each.
Value: £40k & £30k Project : Extension and Toilet refurbishment at St Peter at Gowts School, High Street, Lincoln. New reception entrance lobby, security, head office, extension to staff room and disabled toilet. Raft foundation & flat roof. New lighting, cubicles, vanity units, sinks and WC to children’s toilet areas.
Grantham Ambergate School – Domestic Science
Client: HBS / LCC Timescale: 8 weeks Value: £25k Project: Remodeling of existing 1st Floor classroom to form a special needs domestic science room. Install preparation areas, cookers & extraction systems, water heaters and drainage
Scotter Primary School – Disabled adaptations
Client: HBS /LCC Timescale: 12 weeks Value: £50k Project: Extension to form disabled ramps and WC. Install steel lintels over existing openings and make good brickwork. Construct flat roof. Divert existing pipe work. Construct wooden floor on hangers. New radiators, Install new door openings, stud walls and casings. Fit new toilet, shower base and basin. Install plaster boarding, plastering and skim walls. Paint to all walls, tiling in toilet, reconnect existing drain pipes. Install ‘Polysafe’ flooring. Form new disabled ramps to hall and play ground.
